The product must be sent together with the original receipt, otherwise the return will not be accepted without exceptions. The return process starts as soon as we receive the product and if it meets the return conditions (it is not open, damaged, worn, etc.). Refunds are not possible on products with a 50% discount or more. In this case you can proceed to change the product. In case of refund, the customer bears the shipping costs to us (7 €).


  • If it has been done in cash or cash on delivery, the amount is credited to the declared IBAN bank account.

In any case, the process is done within ten (10) working days from the receipt of the product.


The return must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns without exceptions are not accepted after 30 days. Products must be well packaged and sealed because they are posted at the customer's responsibility. All returned products must be in the condition they were received. Any damage or loss will result in the non-acceptance of the return, without exception.

If, however, the customer wishes to change a product, he has the right to do so within 15 days from the date of receipt without any return charge, provided that the return is made with the cooperating courier company (SPEEDEX COURIER), and by emailing us at [email protected]

In order for the products to be accepted they must not be worn, worn and washed, or damaged. The item tab together with its label must be on the returned product. The customer is obliged to try the product he bought without removing the tab, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

In case of return of shoes, the customer is obliged to return them with the packaging box and their card. Otherwise they will be returned to the customer.

If all the above conditions are met, our store is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.
